At Elevate UPS, we’re committed to getting your gear in your hands quickly and safely.

📦 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Time

Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

🛑 Delays

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather issues, or incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll make it right.

🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
To start a return, click the "let's chat" button below and let us know what the issue is. (Have your order number ready.)

♻️ Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem.
Exchanges are handled as a return + reorder to ensure stock availability.
We'll provide a free return shipping label for eligible exchanges.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs (if paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
